What each check looks at.

Each one is a real browser loading your page once, then a specific set of questions asked of what rendered. Open a check for the questions, the findings it produces most often, and what it cannot see.

Scanners are wrong more often than you think.

A page that fades sections in as you scroll reads as low contrast if it is measured mid-animation. A bot wall answering 403 is not a broken link. A word inside a script tag is not a typo on the page. Every one of those was once a false positive in this product, sent to the edge of going to a real person as evidence.

So every candidate finding is checked against the rendered page before you see it: the contrast re-measured after settle, the link retried and classified, the quoted text searched for in the visible text. What cannot be confirmed is dropped. The report tells you which checks ran and which came back clean, so a short report is a clean page and not a check that failed to run.
